Truist Financial Corporation Chairman and Chief Executive Officer William H. “Bill” Rogers Jr., Chief Financial Officer Daryl N. Bible, and Chief Legal Officer and Head of Public Affairs Officer Ellen Fitzsimmons will conduct the Trust Financial Corporation Shareholders Annual Meeting Tuesday, Apr. 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. ET.  The meeting will be held virtually for shareholders and guests at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/TFC2022.  Shareholders will be required to submit their 16-digit control number, first and last name, and their email address for entry into the meeting.  Guests are allowed to attend the meeting but will not be allowed to vote or ask questions at the meeting.
